The Path to Freedom Method
Break Free From the Past. Build the Life That’s Actually Yours.
Through the Path to Freedom Method, I’ll teach you how to shift the patterns that keep highly empathetic people stuck in draining relationships.
However you found your way here, you aren’t weak or broken.
Some of us just learned early in life how to read the room, keep the peace, and take care of everyone else. Those skills helped us survive complicated relationships and family dynamics—but at some point they start costing us our own voice, our own clarity, and the life we actually want to build.
We weren’t meant to spend our lives managing other people’s emotions or shrinking down so that everyone else can feel comfortable.
If you’ve ever found yourself…
• avoiding conflict even when something matters to you
• explaining your feelings repeatedly so people will understand
• feeling responsible for how everyone else feels
• worrying people will stop loving you if you’re honest about what you want
• exhausted from trying to keep relationships from falling apart
…you’re not alone.
These patterns are incredibly common for those of us who grew up learning to read emotional environments in order to stay safe.
The good news is: they can be changed.
Real freedom begins when you understand why these patterns formed and learn how to step out of them without losing the empathy and insight that make you who you are.
Through The Path to Freedom Method, you can begin wherever it feels right for you—whether that’s joining a free monthly mentoring call, stepping into the Path to Freedom Practice, or working together more deeply through mentoring.
However you start, the goal is the same: to help you reconnect with your voice, your clarity, and the life you’re here to create.

The virtual intensive allows us to work deeply together while you remain in your own environment and begin applying the work immediately in your real-life relationships.

One-on-One Mentoring
For those who want deeper personal support, one-on-one mentoring offers the opportunity to work closely together as you begin shifting the patterns showing up in your life and relationships.
This is where we slow things down and look carefully at the dynamics that may be keeping you stuck—whether that’s conflict avoidance, over-functioning in relationships, difficulty expressing your needs, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotional experience.
Together we work through these patterns in real time, developing the skills and self-trust needed to communicate more clearly, create healthier boundaries, and build relationships that feel balanced and supportive.
Mentoring is best suited for people who are ready to look honestly at the patterns shaping their lives and commit to doing the work required to change them.
Because this is a close working relationship, I begin with a discovery call to learn more about what’s happening in your life and what you’re hoping to shift. It also gives us both the chance to see whether this work feels like the right fit.
If you’re interested in exploring one-on-one mentoring, you can book a discovery call below.
